I got a letter today from the attorneys and counselors at law. The vet Angela Dannell hazard that killed my Kodi (Pug)is now trying to say it was an act of God that my Kodi died. She is also asking that I pay her attorney for her. She is trying to scare me but it is not gonna work. I will see her and Petsmart, Banfield in court. There is a jury trial scheduled around Aug 05. I will keep you all posted on the details. I need any stories you may have about Banfield which operates inside of Petsmart stores. This will help to prove my Kodi was not the only animal that was mishandled and as a result died. My Kodi was well taken care of and very healthy. He was only four in a half yrs old. This should have never happened and is uncalled for. I can never bring back my sweet baby and I hate how he suffered. I can only try to help other animals with his story. I suggest that you never leave your dog at the vet. This is what was suggested to me and this was the end result. I trusted them and should not have. Forever Kodi will be in my heart and soul. A piece of my heart died that day with my Kodi and will never mend. Thanks for your time! Jennifer Maleki
