I know that one of David Byerly's pet peeves was loud music coming from cars driving down the road. When you are sitting at a traffic light and the ground is shaking around you because of some idiot (who must be deaf or will be soon and seems to want to make others deaf too) has his stereo volume up so loud, that you couldn't hear an emergency vehicle coming your way. David Byerly seemed to go out of his way to ticket folks like that. 90% of the time when that happens look at what race the driver of that booming stereo is? I wonder why folks like that do that to others. I think it is so inconsiderate. Oh and then there is the profanity that is in some of that music. I don't care to hear it. Do you?

If you are going to come to the United States then you should speak English (just my opinion). I don't doubt that David Byerly was out of line and frustrated with this woman he stopped. I also don't doubt what is on the video tape. Those camera's can help or hurt you (depending on how you look at it.) I do wonder if the woman he stopped is legally here in the United States? There are so many Hispanic people here in the U.S. illegally. Why do we even have law enforcement that allows people like that to even be here? If this woman wasn't Hispanic but was say from like Iraq, I bet someone would be looking into weather or not she was here legally or not. If this woman tries to sue the Sheriff's Department for the deputy's actions, I wonder if that will ever become an issue?
