The Friends of South Carolina Community was created for you.

The Friends of South Carolina Communities is made up of people from all over our State with diverse perspectives and experience. To make the community useful and interesting for everyone we require you to use the following guidelines when participating in community activities.
Show respect for yourself and others by contributing thoughtful and sincere comments and content. The first amendment of the United States Constitution is not just the law it is a core guiding principle for the Communities. Differences of opinion can create new understandings when explored with reason and respect, calling each other names, rude and inappropriate comments and personal attacks of any kind only entrench existing opinions, close the minds of others to your point of view. Racial, religious, violent or sexual slurs and hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. Attempting to use language that has been banned by The Friends of South Carolina software is also unacceptable. Community members are asked to work closely with The Friends of South Carolina to ensure that a high standard of respectful communication is observed.
Keep the community free of Spam. Using the community to promote products or services or sending unsolicited marketing to other members is not what we are here for.
Stay on topic (or start a new one). It helps everyone to appreciate your contributions when they are directly related to the original topic of discussion. When you want to talk about something other than the topic, start a new one and let others continue as they will without distraction.
Only report content that violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service. This includes (but not limited to) vulgar, racist, derogatory or sexually explicit content, or spam.Friends of South Carolina reserve the right to remove any content that does not abide by the above guidelines. We also reserve the right to penalize users who submit content that is deemed unacceptable by either the removal of posts or the deletion of their account.
