Glad to see O'Reillys parts store breaking ground beside Napa. Also it looks like Aarons rent-a-center maybe going where the old Sears store was. GREAT NEWS FOR MARION!!

I agree Big Deal. Places like Oreilly's come without any recruiting efforts at all. I would like for the media to ask every County Councilman ,City Councilman what they have done personally in the last year to make our county better? The stuttering would begin. Marion County needs an overhaul in the worse way

Big Deal, you probably nailed the deliverer right too. Who else could have spoke about the possible occupancy of the Sears building! Several of his goonies appear on this board from time to time

What is in Marion that would make it attractive for industry to locate there?

I am not sure if you were trying to be sarcastic with the above quoted post or not, but it was funny!
Are we suppose to be giddy because we have yet another parts store and an Aaron's Rent-A-Center?
How about we all throw a city-wide party when another cash advance place or loan company opens up? (See, that is sarcasm...LOL)

Three drivers including myself delivered dirt to build-up the area where O'Riley's is going, and I heard a rumor. I was wondering if any one could help me on this. Has NAPA lost their lease on that building?

There is no lease on the NAPA building, same guy who owns the NAPA store also owns the building. A false rumor in Marion???? WOW.
