Craig Hopkins does not work with Marion County Sheriff's Office. He used to work with Marion Police Department until he resigned last week. It is Chris Smith with the Marion Police Department that drives the silver mustang.

No reason to sue anyone, they are out there doing thier job. I travel that stretch of road every day, and I for one am thankful that they are out there. I have been almost run over out there (501) many times, and I drive a big truck!!! If anything, I feel that SCDOT (transport police), SCHP, and Marion County Sheriff's Dept. should be out there more often. Especially around the new construction area.
LET THEM WORK, LET THEM LIVE.

The MCSD does not handle the construction area's. This is usually covered by a contract with the construction company and the SCHP. These are offduty officers who work the area allowing the onduty officers to keep the roads safe.

The SCHP has a special team also that works the constuction zones.

yes they do, but if you look at the team it is small compared to all the construction zones in the state.

Look The Only Reason Why Some Have A Problem With The Mustang Is Because He Is Doing A Great Job And Help Some Slow Down. He Must Be Driving Fast If He Has A Problem With The Mustang. Chris Has Gotten A Lot Of Drugs And Alcohol Off The 501 Bypass. He Has Worked His Butt Off Trying To Help Marion You Need To Back Off Thier Slick Unless You Like Drugs And Drunk Drivers On The Road.
