Why dont the officers have laptops in their cars like all the other police agencies? I think this would be a usefull tool as it would provide up to the miniute information to the officer in the field. I saw a Trooper at a wreck with a nice shiney car with all the bells and whitsles but no laptop where is my taxpayer money going when I see all of the local Police and Sherriffs Deparments have them?
