Who is this woman and what is her problem?

Well, where should I start? She is supposed to be some jam up prosecuting attorney from the Attorney General's office. She was hired to replace the first CDV attorney who was dismissed after getting a DUI in Myrtle Beach. Anyway, she hates men (except married ones) and thinks all women are routinely beaten by abusive husbands, boyfriends, and baby daddies. Her prosecution record isn't all that great and she could probably do a better job if she wasn't CAUSING domestics by sleeping with married officers. Of course heads were turned the other way when that happened. I suppose it's true too since the officer is getting a divorce now. I think that just about covers it.

If you saw today's paper, she was on the front page of the Lexington Neighbors section. How timely. But I see they left her true CDV experience out of the story. The fact that she's caused a few of her own my screwing married deputies. :roll:

The sad thing about it is. this is the reason the say that Larry Harrison got fired was cause he slept with J. Huggins wife. Even though it was never proved that he did. So he gets fired and she dont... Good ole boy politics..Gotta love it!!! Harrison got fired cause Timmy didnt like him, thats all...

damn...i did not know that. good cop. sorry to hear this. i heard he got into a pissing contest with james over the evonitz case and james got rid of him. i understand james got pissed off because mcnair refused to charge evonitz in lexington co and allowed richland to file all the charges, at least that's the story over here.

mcnair was a good cop. he knew everyone & everyone knew him. i work for a federal agency and have since been transfered from columbia. mcnair was always very helpful to me. i could count on him at all times. did he retire, resign or what? is he working somewhere else? do you have any idea how i can contact him?

McNair has been spotted occasionally at the Wood Shed in W. Cola... and still yet occasionally at the I20 Speedway... He told me where he was working, but I can't recall now where it is, sorry :(

Mcnair was fired or asked to resign i think is how they put it now. I dont know where he is, but he is not doing good.

The last I heard, McNair was doing P.I. work. I haven't seen him to confirm that though. I too heard he has cancer.

As far as I know he was working for himself. I'm not sure where he is now since his divorce so I'm not sure how you could reach him. Sorry I couldn't tell you more.

it takes a brave man to fire a female, femenist lawyer in this day and time no matter what she does. besides I hear that if the "dirty deed" isn't done on lcsd property or time, you get a pass. unless Timmy doesnt like you.

McNair is doing some work on a Federal case with Swerling and has started his own investigative business. He is doing very well after the surgery. He is a good man and a very competent and professional investigator.

LCSD usually asks people to resign. It saves litigation for unlawful firings. It also allows for the person to be rehired by LCSD as in Peaks case. He was arrested by Trooper Mayfield for DUI and was allowed to resign. He was later rehired before his DUI trial and then got his gun back after he was acquitted of DUI (guilty on the open container charge.) Such is life.

Mcnair was a good cop and the best detective I've ever seen. The Howland thing was not the final straw, but it didn't help anything. All I can say is that he had some personal issues that ended up causing him to make bad judgement calls. It was one of those bad decisions that cost him his job. I don't care for Howland one way or the other, but Carlisle left because of his own mistakes, not for anything else. It also happened to be the right move for him and the department.

I don't know anything about this mcnair thing. All I know is I caught Nicole with my husband about 2 years ago. I then heard she was caught with a deputy that was married. I also know she was sleeping with a married attorney in columbia. I guess everything you hear about what goes on at the sheriffs office is true. I guess it's ok to sleep around with married men. They must approve of her actions. Anybody else would be dealt with. She must be in the Jimmy/Timmy clique.

I would have sent a letter to every single person in the county of Lexington with any ounce of authority to make sure she recieved the discipline she deserved. I have no use for trash that can't go out and find their own man, they like to go after someone else's and wreck their home and families. I never came forward 2 years ago. Since then apparently all this other stuff has happened involving Nicole. I read on another post that I needed to move on, that Nicole didn't hold a gun to my husbands head. No she didn't. But I trusted him & I considered Nicole a friend. She is a piece of trash & apparently she likes married men, someone she can use & not be committed too. She has some real issues & problems. She does not need to be in the position she is in at the sheriffs office. But who better for the job. It takes one to know one. Maybe her narc boyfriend can help her in court to put these wife beaters & deadbeats in jail. I was told this narc boyfriend started seeing Nicole after his wife became pregnant and left his wife and infant child for that piece of trash. I guess the sheriffs office doesn't see anything wrong with that picture.
