All that at the expense of taxpayers... what a great mentality to have. A 9mm would have been so much cheaper.

Whatever happend to chain gangs? I remember them cleaning ditches from when I was a kid.

You know, the get-em-up at 4 AM, coffee and a biscuit, black-and-white striped, swing blade and bush axe, guard with a shotgun chain gang.

I really think it could make a difference in the penal recidivism rate.
