I live in a Torrey home and am lucky if the roof doesn't collapse with each rainstorm. You get alot of house for your money but it is definitally quanity vs. quality!
We had to put up with drywall being halfway finished, workers deficating in our yard and leaving cups of urine in our cabinets.
A friend of mine upset one of the workers and him and a few others urinated on her insulation in her storage area.
There is a reason they changed their names from Torrey Homes to D.R. Horton. It's because their reputation was so bad noone would buy from them anymore.
