The Judicial System in this great nation needs a major overhaul.
This is the case of another good officer killed in the line of duty, completely overpowered by several inmates and killed, and what does his killer get, the usual, he gets life and his victim gets death. Exactly what is it going to take before people take a stand?

In your day to day schedule today, please stop and think about the men and women that protect you today and everyday. Thanks, ZooFuzz

IIRC, one of the guys already had a life sentence. They tacked another on for 'punishment.' Big deal.

Paris Hilton released from LA jail early
LOS ANGELES --
Paris Hilton was released from a Los Angeles County jail early Thursday because of an unspecified medical problem and will fulfill the remainder of her sentence for probation violation in home confinement, a sheriff's spokesman said.

If you are famous, semi-famous, or just sightly known in Hollywood. Just exactly how bad does the crime have to be before you REALLY go to jail???

Apparently you can almost cut off two peoples heads and its cool with LA.

That's the worst one I've heard.

Her "medical condition" is that she won't eat the jail food. The fear is that she will starve. That's why they're sending her home.

So, just a shout out to anybody headed for jail. Get your attorney to make the same case for you.

See, this is one of the disadvantages of having no US Justice Department. This judge should be investigated right away.

There I was completely wasting
Out of work and down
All inside it's so frustrating
As I drift from town to town

Feel as though nobody cares
If I live or die
So I might as well begin
To put some action in my life

CHORUS
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law

So much for the golden future
I can't even start
I've had every promise broken
There's anger in my heart

You don't know what it's like
You don't have a clue
if you did you'd find yourselves
Doing the same thing too

CHORUS
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law

You don't know what it's like

Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law
Breaking the law, breaking the law

Breaking the law

The next time they pop me in the pokey in L.A. I am going to INSIST they place me on house arrest at Paris' place.

How much do you have to contribute to politicians to get this treatment? Will the sheriff get free rooms at the Hilton for life? Is amputation of one's blackberry considered cruel and unusual? Does being deprived of a cell phone cause medical problems?

Many questions remain.

Very, very cool. I tried to talk my daughter into one, but she opted for a Corolla.

Honda did it first with the Element, designed to appeal to mountain bike riders who wanted a fuel efficient buggy with space to transport their bikes standing up in a secure area. I personally have been a Toyota fan since my first one in 1973.

Have you got your foam rubber dice and chrome accelerator pedal for it yet?

Man, I can tell you where to get this ride pimped up good and proper. I'd start with a system (sound), then the decorative stuff.

There's a place next to the Food Lion on Garners Ferry that can give you a good start. I'm talkin' neon, spinnners, jordans (23-inch rims).

Word up.

xB is a good car. I really like those Yaris hatchbacks. Only 5" longer than my first Civic hatch at 150".

I couldn't drive a car called Yaris. Yaris is a Romanian word for a certain non-masculine anatomy part.

At least that's what that Romanian teacher told me.

Captain Worley

That's funny considering they are sold in Europe as the Yaris.

My wife calls them 'those mean little cars' because of the ads where it runs over the spider made of gas nozzles.

Paris Says She's a Changed Person, Will No Longer "Act Dumb"
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Is prison life changing Paris Hilton?

It's maturing her, according to Hilton herself in an interview with Barbara Walters.

During the telephone interview, Hilton said she now feels she has a "new chance" -- and that she's no longer going to "act dumb." She says that was an act that is "no longer cute."

Paris, this not a new trick. All inmates religion and tell everyone that they are changed. A miracle must have occured.

Can I hear an "AMEN"

I liked these quotes…

"I was not eating or sleeping. I was severely depressed and felt as if I was in a cage."
You are in a cage, moron. It’s called JAIL.

"God," she said, "has released me."
No Paris, not yet He hasn’t. Give Him another 43 days or so.

She should remember the story of Daniel in the Lion's den, or Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace.

Relatively speaking, she's on easy street.
