I'm coming up on 9 months since my surgery at MUSC.
I've decided to start going to the gym. I'm doing step aerobics and almost jogging on the treadmill. I'm doing this 5 days per week for 30-40 minutes.
My memory is a bit scrambled at times but I'm working a regular schedule.
The moral of the story is not bragging but once again to let you know of the care I received at MUSC. I attribute most of my recovery to Dr. Patel and the staff. I am so lucky to have been under his hands. Look around the internet at acoustic neuroma recovery. There are a lot bad jobs out there. I had one at Richland Memorial but I recovered at MUSC.
