Does anyone agree that even though the school scores are good in the Lexington area, the education is not what it should be?
I've been unhappy with the education from K up to now.

I disagree strongly!!

I have two children in the school system in Lexington, and I think that they are doing a great job! If you think back just about ten to fifteen years ago it was a big thing for schools to have any kind of computer or advanced classes for middle and elementary schools. Now a days the schools are teaching these classes and foreign languages to K-4 and K-5 students. Granted there is always room for improvement in any situation, but in general I think we are in pretty good shape with our schools!

I have children that attend White Knoll schools and we are very pleased with these schools and the way they treat and educate our children.

From Elementary to High School it has been a very positive experience and the staff at all three of these schools are superior. As are the Resource officers at the Middle and High School!

Maybe you just have a bad taste because of an unpleasant experience. I hope things are more pleasant in the future.
